Privacy Choices

FitBear provides in-app and email-based controls so you can manage your account, request help, and control optional health and personalization features.

Delete your account

You can delete your FitBear account in the app at Profile > Privacy > Delete account.

  • This permanently deletes your FitBear account and user-owned app data.
  • Deleting your FitBear account does not cancel App Store subscriptions automatically.
  • You must manage or cancel store subscriptions in Apple's subscription settings.

Request a data export

If you want a copy of your data, email privacy@fitbear.app.

  • Use the subject line "FitBear Data Request" for the fastest routing.
  • Include the email address tied to your FitBear account.

Health and personalization controls

Optional health and personalization features can be controlled in-app.

  • Pause sync, disconnect a source, export health summaries, or delete imported health data.
  • Control progress-photo consent and age-gated future body visualization settings.
