FitBear may collect account details, fitness goals, workout logs, nutrition logs, and (if you choose) photos you upload for features like meal analysis. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can optionally connect Apple Health and allow FitBear to read selected daily metrics (like sleep, HRV, steps, and resting heart rate). You can pause sync, disconnect, export imported data, or delete imported health data anytime in Connected Data Sources. Health data is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

FitBear uses AI to help generate personalized plans and chat responses. Some information you provide may be processed by AI service providers to deliver these features. See our Privacy Policy for more on data handling and third parties.

Yes. You can delete your FitBear account in-app from Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security and fraud prevention. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If paid plans are available, subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play (depending on your device). You can cancel anytime in your store account settings; access typically continues until the end of the billing period. Deleting your FitBear account does not cancel store-managed subscriptions automatically.
